There is evidence that weekly sessions are the most effective but sometimes that’s just not possible and I can be flexible to offer sessions fortnightly or any other time frame that works best.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and payment is requested at the end of each session.  I may sometimes offer a longer session if needed for exposure therapy or perhaps to involve parents or carers in part of the session.

I accept both cash and bank transfer payments.

I am registered with the main insurance companies such as AXA PPP, Aviva, Cigna, WPA and Healix. Please call to discuss further.

All sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
